Description of RSS, Blog and automated Email subscription.
Ok... Now what's a Blog and what is RSS? Can you just send me the Tampa Real Estate market data via email instead?
The definition of a Blog: Blog is short for weblog. It is a journal made available on a web page and it contains information frequently updated intended for the general public.
In the case of this website, our blog is made up of the Real Estate Market activity around New Tampa and Wesley Chapel Florida.

If you prefer to get our Real Estate Market Updates via email than you do not need to learn about the RSS explanations towards the bottom of this page and you can subscribe to our Blog via an email address.

RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication"
An RSS feed can be used to retrieve information from a Blog.
RSS is the technology that allows users to "subscribe" to the content of websites they have found interesting, ensuring that the latest changes or updates to the content are delivered to them, instead of having to return to the site to check it again and again.
So instead of continuously visiting our BLOG or journal to read what is new, some people prefer to subscribe via an RSS feed and have the information sent to them as new updates become available.
The receiving program that processes the RSS feed is called a Feed Reader or news aggregator and can take the form of a small window integrated inside a general web page such as the one found on MyYahoo or MyMSN web page.
This way, a user can integrate information from different sources all in one place.
If you have a MyYahoo page for example, you already have access to a Feed Reader and can subscribe to an RSS feed that will bring you the weather, some news and possibly some information from somebody's daily journal (their blog).
