When you list your home with me, I invite YOU to select the total commission rate. All fees are negotiable and vary starting at 2% for the Buyer's agent plus listing fee.

I use a marketing program with Realtor.com that will place your house at the top of the search lists.
My listings are seen first on Realtor.com and up to 20 times more often than those of other agents who do not invest in the additional marketing products.
I also invest in the Enhanced Listing program at Realtor.com so that I can upload as many pictures as possible. I pay attention to details when photographing your home and I make sure to capture the things that make your house attractive. A picture is worth a thousand words!
