Real Estate Market Update for Wesley Chapel - September 2007

Here are the latest Home Sales for the month of September 2007 in three Wesley Chapel communities.

There was:
4 Sales in Lexington Oaks. (community of approximately 1500 homes)
12 sales in Seven Oaks and (community of approximately 1600 homes)
14 sales recorded on the MLS in Meadow Pointe. (community of approximately 4500 homes)

The graph below has been updated with the figures from September and shows the progression of sales over time.




The details for each house that sold is show below from our spreadsheets with the following information:
address, year built, heated square foot, Bedrooms, Full Bath, Pool yes or no, Active Days on the Market, sold date, Sale Price per Square foot and Price Sold.

Home Sales in Wesley Chapel for the month of August 2007

This information reflects the Real Estate Market around Wesley Chapel Florida for the month of August 2007. In the following three communities there was:

6 Sales in Lexington Oaks. (community of approximately 1500 homes)
14 sales in Seven Oaks and (community of approximately 1600 homes)
33 sales recorded on the MLS in Meadow Pointe. (community of approximately 4500 homes)

Which was an improvements over the spring months. However it should be noted that the summer months are historically also the strongest months, which indicates that the market is still very slow.
