TAMPA IS 'SUPER'

The Super Bowl heads back to Tampa in 2009, a move that increases demand within the rental market for homes and condos. It's Tampa's fourth time -- following 1984, 1991 and 2001 -- to host the year's most-watched football game. NFL officials considered Tampa's proposal stronger than its three competitor's, Atlanta, Houston and Miami. The city also received a lot of support from the owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Malcolm Glazer. "We have a city that is just crazy about sports. It is a wonderful partnership that we have had with the NFL since 1984," says Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio.
