Real Estate Market in Wesley Chapel and Tampa Bay Florida

I was expecting a better turn out from buyers in February compared to the very few sales recorded in January.

Ex-fed chairman Greenspan was heard this week commenting on the Real Estate economic situation across the US as having reach the bottom. Mr Greenspan actually had a positive outlook for the up coming housing market in 2007.

Unfortunately, on the local level, sales remained flat for Lexington Oaks and Seven Oaks while sales picked up slightly in Meadow Pointe.

The number of home sales in our three neighborhoods are as follows:

Lexington Oaks: 3 homes sold
Seven Oaks: 3 homes sold
Meadow Pointe: 26 homes sold

The number of homes currently listed on the MLS for each development is:

Lexington Oaks: 74 homes listed on the MLS
Seven Oaks: 137 homes listed on the MLS
Meadow Pointe: 239 homes listed on the MLS
