Back online
I have not been very active at posting lately.
Here is a quick update. The concensus among fellow realtors in the Tampa Bay area is that things are starting to cool off a bit from the frenzy of the last year. Perhaps due to the raise in interest rate, perhaps because Christmas is approaching and people have other things on their mind, perhaps because of all the hurricane that have visited the Southeast this year and perhaps a combination of all the above.
