Contrary to the Sales in Lexington Oaks, less homes were sold in Seven Oaks in December than in November,

Real Estate Sales Data for Lexington Oaks Nov, Dec 2006
This is the first post on the subject of Real Estate Sales in Wesley Chapel of which I hope will be followed by several more detailed and better looking reports.
I will try to display the sales data as legible as possible but this will most likely be a work in progress as I adjust the format to make this more legible on a weekly basis.
Eventually I would like to just publish some historical graphics that will show the sales trend in Lexington Oaks for the homes sold in the last few months.
So for now we have little information do deal with and the format will just be presented in numbers:
So for all three developments there were more sales in December than in November 2006.
Now the details for each communities starting with Lexington Oaks, in Wesley Chapel.

Real Estate market data for Wesley Chapel and Tampa in 2007
The more I read about RSS, the more I decided to use this blog as a conduit for the data.
beginning this month, I will start posting sales information about the residential market in Wesley Chapel Florida.

English not being my primary language, you should expect to get information in point form.
Writing beautiful prose and nice long stories are not really my forte but I do like to throw a joke or two every once in a while.

Change to the passport requirement for canadian snowbird in the US.

This US passport law from the Homeland Security
department will increase efficiency and speed at the border for canadian spending time South this winter. Canadians traveling to the US were only required to carry documents such as birth certificate or a driver's license for identity purpose.Canadians are among the largest group of snow birds in the Tampa Bay during the winter months.
