Sales Statistics are in for January 2007, Lexington Oaks, Seven Oaks and Meadow Pointe
Hello,
I have compiled some sales data out of the MLS and created some graphs to show the Real Estate Market activity in Wesley Chapel.
Before presenting the monthly home sales for Lexington Oaks, Seven Oaks and Meadow Pointe, I would like to show you some information about the number of active listings as of tonight for these three communities.
If things go well and I keep up with my resolutions for 2007, these figures should be available on a weekly basis.
So, first the Number of Active Listings:

Lexington Oaks Commons, plans available online
Information about the new shopping center to be built adjacent to the Lexington Oaks community is available online. Visitors can preview the elevation plan and get some details about the project.
The new shopping center will have a total space available of about 14,800 sqft with several stores divided into 1200 sqft units.

The Lexington Oaks Commons will be located adjacent to the Lexington Oaks community entrance. Plans will include the following stores and businesses: Center State Bank, over 10,000 Sq/Ft of Professional Office Space, a CVS Pharmacy, a day care site, Buffalo Southwest Cafe, and sites will be reserved for restaurant.
