Homes for sale in Wesley Chapel on 10 Feb 2007

There was a few houses added for sale in all of these three communities in Wesley Chapel in the last week.
The number reported are as of Saturday morning 10 Feb 2007.
The number of active listings in each community is as follows:
Lexington Oaks: 72
Seven Oaks: 133
Meadow Pointe: 255

Average Weekly Mortgage Rate
30 yr Mtg - Avg Weekly Rate: 6.28%
The average mortgage rate for a 30 year loan is sitting at 6.28 percent for this week.
This is the first time that the average weekly rate has dropped since December.
The job growth report indicated a lower number than what was expected.
This had the effect of lower fear of inflation which explains the lower mortgage rates for this week.
