Mortage Rate, Home for Sale, Wesley Chapel Florida - 16 February 2007

This is my weekly Real Estate update for Wesley Chapel.
INTEREST RATE
This week the avg interest rate for Mortgages stands at: 6.30 %
This is slightly up from 6.28% last week.

HOMES FOR SALE WESLEY CHAPEL
The numbers of active listings on the MLS is fairly stable for this week also:
Lexington Oaks: 72
Seven Oaks: 130
Meadow Pointe: 259
