Here are the latest Home Sales for the month of June 2007 in three Wesley Chapel communities.

There was:
9 Sales in Lexington Oaks. (community of approximately 1500 homes)
10 sales in Seven Oaks and (community of approximately 1600 homes)
24 sales recorded on the MLS in Meadow Pointe. (community of approximately 4500 homes)

The graph below has been updated with the figures from June and shows the progression of sales over time.





The details for each house that sold is show below from our spreadsheets with the following information:
address, year built, heated square foot, Bedrooms, Full Bath, Pool yes or no, Active Days on the Market, sold date, Sale Price per Square foot and Price Sold.
